A film analysis

 

All of the students/25/ who participate in the survey were aware of the facts about the film Kingdom of heaven-movie producer, an original title, release date, stars.

The feedback report shows that all students are able to define the place where the events happen as well as the historical period-12^th century. Part of the students /almost half of them/ indicate France where the action starts.

Details of the plot that the audience emphasized were the protagonist’s / Balian / motivation to go to Holy Land and join the crusade after losing his family.

What the audience was most impressed was his dignity despite his inferior origin/background/ and his courage to face the challenge to be a leader and the embodiment of knightly virtues.

Most of the students claimed that they were most impressed by the fight for Jerusalem. It is also the scene that provokes their most vivid memories.

Considering the music, it is defined by young people as “grand”, “adventurous” suggesting various emotions such as “awe” and “tension” but nevertheless in harmony with the plot of the film.

What is considered to be the overall message of the film is man’s exceptional willpower which leads him to justice and victory.

The students liked the film a lot and they think it is not necessary to change any details of the plot or acting. They think it is “magnificent”.
