The form is anonymous, and should be filled in by each school partner  participating in the Comenius Multilateral Partnership “OMAC”. The evaluation rates should be previously discussed among the teachers  and should represent the common opinion of the partner. The results of all form ratings will be discussed during the final conference of Targu Jiu.
