AFTERNOON

SESSION

Students take part in a musical afternoon at school.

At 18.00 they are picked up by their Italian mates for a family dinner.

Teachers evaluate the logo proposals from each country, they are eventually put to vote; the winner is the one by Shumen, which will be uploaded, together with the other 8 proposed logos, on the OMAC website by Christian (Germany).

Multilingual dictionary: since all the partners have worked hard to fill in the dictionary grid, it is agreed to give each partner the chance to add as many entries as desired. The English entries will just have one column ( writing), while the other languages will have two columns (writing+listening).

All the partners will have to e-mail their excel grids to IVO or LUCIA by March 31st.

The dynamic website: The website home page needs redefining in order to be more available for the partners.

New subtopics will be added:

·         About the project

·         Official Partners

·         Associated Partners

·         Project events

·         Meetings

·         Newsletter (if available)

·         Documents

·         News

·         International discussion forum (if available)

·         Useful links

·         Contact us (if available)

A new static website is proposed by our coordinator Ivo, in order to facilitate the making of the final hypertext: it will contain materials sent to Ivo from all the partners and arranged according to the following topics:

  • Official Partners
  •             Associated Partners
  •             Aims of the partnership OMAC
  •             Development of the partnership OMAC
  •             Teachers’ work
  •             Students’ work
  •             Didactical path
  •             Dissemination and local community involvement
  •             CLIL
  • Evaluation of partnership OMAC

The film: The German partners’ suggestion is a documentary film about the fundamental human rights: they are doubtful whether the film is available in the English version.

The Italian partners propose “Freedom Writers”, a film dealing with education as a means of achieving freedom of thought.

As no other partner has further proposal and since the deadline for that step is end of May, all the partners agree on deciding over it during the meeting in Bucharest.
