Examining the human rights, the historical events and the characters, we realised the steps made by the liberty achievements within the centuries, into the outline of national and international history:

- in the Italian history, we examined Filippo Mazzei ;

- in the international history, Mother Teresa.

 

Articles of constitution on the liberty of conscience and of religion

 

Constitution italian 1948:

-Art.18: Citizens have the right to form associations freely, without authorisation, for ends that are not forbidden to individuals by criminal law.
Secret associations and those associations that, even indirectly, pursue political ends by means
of organisasions having a military character, are prohibited.

-Art.19: All persons have the right to profess freely their own religious faith in any form, individually
or in association, to disseminate it and to worship in private or public, provided
that the religious rites are not contrary to public morality.

-Art.20: The ecclesiastical nature and the religious or ritual purposes of an association or institution
may not constitute a cause for special limitations under the law, nor for special
taxation with respect to its establishment, legal status or any of its activities.

Declaration of rights of the man and of the citizen of 26 august 1789:

-Art.1: The men are born and live free and equals in rights. Social distinctions not may be based only on the utility common.
-
Art.4: The freedom consist in to do everything that does not harm others.

Declaration universal of the rights of the man of 10 decembre 1948:

-Art.1: All the humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed of reason and of conscience and of duty to act towards the another in a spirit of fraternity.
-
Art 3: All individuals have  right of the life, of the liberty and of the security of the person.
